We went camping with five families, including kids — a total of 22 people. The campground, swimming pool, and surrounding area were all very safe and family-friendly. The facilities were excellent — the toilets and kitchen area were exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only suggestion would be to have a larger microwave in the kitchen. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for families to visit.

Amazing caravan park. I haven't been here for nearly 30 years and its just as good as I remember it, if not better. The Staff have been absolutely amazing, especially Emily and Vicky, whether it be answering painfully obvious questions, organising hire or the last minute extension of our stay and seemless transition between vans, the service has been amazing. The park is clean and well maintained and the location is second to non. This is my boys first stay in a caravan park, they were nervous about the experience, thankfully it was amazing, and the boys are looking forward to their next stay. Make sure your go the V Wall Pavillion and Matilita's cafe that you will see on the way in. My fussy eaters ate the amazing fish and chips on offer.

Did a trip to Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads during our trip out from SA, what a place. Absolutely incredible. Stunning lagoon, beaches, rooms overlooking the water, dolphins swimming in the shallows. Definitely a bucket list place, excellent rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

We had three nights with our puppies and loved it. They have thought of everything! Car wash, dog wash, fish cleaning area, great pool and water play area as well as a large amenities area with BBQs, microwave and tables near the huge jumping pillow that will keep kids entertained for hours and a small playground as well as peddle bikes for hire. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We have been travelling for 4 months and have stayed at many caravan parks and this park is the best we've been to. We're sad we have to leave tomorrow. It wins hands down for the cleanest amenities and tidiest Park. The beaches and river are fabulous and the lake is great for kids to canoe and play in. There's lots to do for everyone.

We had an amazing stay at the park. We stayed on a powered site, so we can't comment on the rooms. However our "room"/site was amazing. We had the cool ocean breeze coming off the V wall. Close to the most amazing amenities we have seen for a camp ground. 5 star showers and bathrooms. So close to the break wall, the hidden gems behind the camp site and the coffee van at Shelly. beach.
